Long-term stress drains the body. Through breath, movement and simple practices, we teach the body to move between effort and recovery more effectively, including outside the studio.
Inflammation
Direct recovery tools
We use cryotherapy and red light as supportive tools for faster recovery, deeper calm and better handling of strain. They are not extras for effect, but part of a considered process.
Mind
Awareness as a tool
Meditation, stretching and breathwork are not only about relaxing. They are skills that help quiet the mind, improve awareness of the body and build long-term resilience to stress.
