HOW IT WORKS
Three phases. One session.
Every way of working together follows the same principle: understand what the body needs, work with it deliberately, and restore its capacity for both performance and calm.

ACTIVATION
We start by understanding the state you arrive in and what needs support. From there we choose the right entry point: breathwork, cold, downregulation or gentle activation.

TRAINING
Then comes targeted work with the body. Sometimes through guided movement and training, sometimes through a specific recovery tool. The goal is the same: build resilience, strength or recovery capacity without unnecessary overload.

RECOVERY
At the end, we bring the body back into a state where it can truly recover. This is where you learn not only to handle stress, but also to shift back into the calm that makes long-term performance sustainable.

You will truly rest
Red light therapy and cryotherapy are more than pleasant add-ons. They help the body settle faster, release tension and begin recovery. You leave with a sense of relief your body clearly recognises.
Breathwork
You will learn to work with your breath
Breath is one of the fastest ways to influence your state. You will leave with a simple method you can use right away whenever you need calm or focus.
Conscious movement
You will move with intention
Our strength training is not just about performance. You learn to feel your body more clearly, move with more precision and engage the right muscles at the right time.
Meditation & stretching
You will slow down — consciously
Calm is not an accident. It is a skill. Guided meditation and stretching help you recognise when the body is truly letting go and teach you how to return to that state outside the studio too.
How we can work together.
Collaboration 1:1
A package of 10 guided sessions. First we assess where you are, then we build a personal plan that leads you through activation, training and recovery.
Collaboration 1:2–3
Come as a pair or a small group of three. Whether with a partner, friend or colleague, we guide you together and adapt the session to the whole group.
Sessions
Small sessions for 2 to 3 people focused on release, guided meditation and overall calm. Ideal for those who want to slow down and recover together.
Solo visit
Come on your own for red light, cryotherapy or quiet time. No guidance, no fixed programme. Just space and time to recover.
It was not theory. It was necessity.
As a child, I ended up in a wheelchair. I recovered. I returned to sport.
But there was a price: I stopped sensing my own body clearly. I kept hurting myself, just in quieter ways. And I lost something important before I even realised it: the ability to calm down and return to balance.
I paid for it with burnout. For years.
I rebuilt the way back step by step. What helped was understanding how the body responds to stress, conscious movement, breath and work with cold.
Adaptive Studio is the result of what actually worked.

We are looking for a home
for the first Adaptive Studio.
Adaptive Studio already exists as a service, an approach, and a growing community. Now we are looking for the first permanent space where recovery, breath, movement, and nervous system training can fully come together.

What we are looking for
A calm, functional space
A place for one-to-one work, small groups, and thoughtful recovery. It does not need to be finished. Potential and atmosphere matter more.

Where we are looking
Zlin and nearby area
Ideally an accessible location with room for a more intimate studio, not an anonymous operation. We are open to an independent space or a smart partnership.
